So aggravated with AI right now!
I’ve got 2 Hydra26s over my 70 gallon tank. I bought one, then a week later I bought another from the same pet store. The light on the right does not produce any light higher than a 10 (on the selector) compared to the right on the left. I can’t run that blue light like it’s supposed to be run since the light output isn’t the same with both lights, the light on the right is always dimmer.
I’ve contacted AI via e-mail several times only to have them not respond to my e-mails and RMA request. I will never buy a product from AI again, or recommend their products to anyone. Personally, I think their customer service SUCKS! |

Are these HD's? Have you tried to reset them and start over? Also have you tried swapping the power supplies?
