RODI connection: please help!
***The problem I’m having is that I can’t find a connection method for my RODI tubing to the water supply.***
I’ve checked several different websites and can’t seem to find anything. Does anyone know how to connect this? Could anyone provide some web links of the right connector to use? Months ago my plumber plumbed hot/cold mix to the end of the pipe and ended it with the chrome fitting as you can see in the first picture. The other pictures are close-ups to try and show more detail. On the chrome fitting I unscrewed the chrome piece that has threads in it and inside is a brass chamfered type bushing; close up pics of the pieces in my hand. THANK YOU!!! Just email brs with photo and it will be cheaper than buy parts you don't need. They will respond within 24 hours

That is called a compression fitting. if it were me I would do away with that shutoff and compression fitting. I would just buy a 1/2" x 1/4" male pipe thread to ro/di.
Something like this(assuming that PVC line is 1/2"?): https://www.amazon.com/DIGITEN-Threa.../dp/B00X6RBBVG Don't worry about it being metal as it is before the RO/DI unit. Or one of these seeing as you already have 2 shutoffs on that line. Unscrew the current connection, and screw this one in it's place: https://www.bulkreefsupply.com/mur-l...k-adapter.html

Just need a "tube insert" to use with that compression fitting and done..
I would get the brass tube insert and the plastic compression ring and call it a day.. First link I found.. all hardware stores have it.. https://www.doitbest.com/products/40...gaApkcEALw_wcB

I'm not sure what you're trying to hook it up to, but this page surely has something you can use.
BRS stuff Is there a sink anywhere nearby? A simple inline connector does the trick every time. faucet adapter |

If you have not found the solution for your hook up.
This is what my plumber used when I asked him to make me a dedicate valve for my rodi. It's similar shut off valve like yours and he added this (I believed you need the 10mm for rodi). http://www.johnguest.com/speedfit/pr...tap-connector/ |
