Needing some help with new additions
Hello reefers,
Today I have a friend who is kind enough to give me my first few Bubble Tip Anemones for my Clown Harem. He was unable to move them off of the rock they were on so he just says he'll give me the rock too. My tank is about 6 months old and has no coral in it. Just a few fish. His tank is much older. I'd say several years. My question is what safety precautions would you take to add these anemones? He said he couldn't get them off the rock so do I just add the rock to my tank too? I haven't put any live rock from another tank into mine before so I'm trying to be cautious. Please let me know and I appreciate any advice. |
