Monti dying?
I'm a little confused with this monti I have. After placing it at the top of the tank the coral has begun growing and encrusting the rock it's on which I take to be a good sign. However, at the same time it began growing it also began dying at the center. I doubt this is normal and was just curious if anyone could help explain what is happening.
See pic below. Any input would be appreciated. |

I hate montipora eating nudibranchs. Do a search for an image and then look closely at you monti.
Just a thought. |

Make sure you get a flashlight and try to look under if you can. Just got done knocking them out off of three montis. It took three dips with CoralRX to get them all. Would have never seen em if I didn't notice slowed growth.
Use a soft toothbrush and make sure you get the eggs too. |
