New Tank with problem

Hi to all,
I ask for help! I mounted by two months a new tank in plexi 1300 lt. using the probiotic method.
I did all the water with the probiotic salt, added live rock provenient from my old tank which unfortunately it was unglued only after two years. The water for the first 2 weeks was always milky, and even now if I insert the PROBIO S the water become milky for 2/3 days. so for now I suspended them. I tried to make a change with probiotic reef salt by 10% and water and returned milky for 3/4 days. I conclude that there is' a strong bacterial growth, even the walls of the tank gets dirty quickly with a white coating immediately after they are cleaned. There is the sand in the tank and in sump there are the skimmer of course, zeomix and carbon. I'm starting to use from two week all AF and I reinserted much of the SPS that I had in the old tank, the corals not spoliand are very clear. Surely the tank is skinny. I have always used the ZEOvit system and I don't know the system probiotic ...... . Unfortunately in Italy I can not find much information about who uses the system from a long time also can be found with easy all products.but from what I could read and see in videos the system is very safe and has excellent results ... can help me please?
Sorry for my english .. thanks
Andrea
