Get screwed up

I placed my order last Thursday night, on June 14 with 3 days shipping with extra cost because I needed it at least until this Tuesday. Three business days, -Friday, Monday, Tuesday- makes sense enough for me to expect Tuesday delivery.

And I asked you to cancel my order if you can't guarantee Tuesday delivery because I'll be leaving US on Wednesday.

Your answer was so simple

- On schedule for Wednesday.
Thanks!-

I said, cancel it if you can't make it 3 days delivery.

The more serious problem is that it can't even meet Wednesday delivery. According to your tracking code, it is scheduled to be here on Thursday. I'm going to moving out and no longer be here.

You haven't received my calls so I leave here my message,

"REFUND MY MONEY, PLEASE"

I've already emailed you about this as well. It is in transit and will have to be called back. When we talked on the phone you said you needed it by Wednesday because you were leaving the country. It will be arriving on Wednesday via the third day shipping. We have to get the order back in order to refund it and will gladly do so once it is in transit back to us. It can either be refused or sent back to us directly. If it is refused there is a fee from UPS for the return of the package to us that would need to be deducted from the refund. Please check your email and respond how you would like to proceed.

I haven't had any mails and I still can't reach you over the phone.

First of all, you failed to deliver them within 3 business days even if it shall be delivered on Wednesday, why should I bear a such a cost?

Second, just let me have it if it can be delivered today.

We are in the office every day from 8 am to 5pm est with lunch usually around Noon.

Unfortunately I can not change the shipping time frame of a package already in transit. UPS does not do that with packages. Do you want us to pull it back and refund it or let it be delivered tomorrow? I just need to know what to do so I can take care of you.
