Adding a carpet anemone to a tank with a magnifica, good or bad?
I really like anemones, and have a beautiful magnifica already. But looking at a 1 foot carpet anemone, is this a bad idea or should I be ok?
It's a 300g tank. And hopefully the large angels and stuff don't become a meal. Fish should know to stay away right? |

Will be fine with the mag. Assuming you are talking about haddoni, they can definitely eat fish. Mostly when a fish that is being chased or if something startles them. Years ago I had a friend with a pond that had a 16” leopard shark. Came home one day to it dead in the haddoni.

Neither Haddoni or Gigantea have any problem with Magnifica. I have both and Magnifica together long term.
