Help identifying a live rock and how much it is worth

Hello, I do not know anything about aquariums or live rock. My mother was given an aquarium (Red Sea reefer XL 112 gallon) with a live rock inside. This was passed down from a family member. However, she is unsure as to how to take care of the aquarium and the rock and has decided to sell it. I have no clue how much it is worth. The pump came with it.. as well as everything else needed (i believe) any insight is appreciated. I am attaching a picture of the aquarium.

Thank you!!

P.s we live in Georgia, not sure if that matters?

I've never seen rock go for very much unless there was something real special about it. I'd say on average $2-3 a pound

unless you buy it from a LFS, then it's 6-8/lb.

Geez...only thing that passes down in my family is high blood pressure and kidney issues. Not fair.

Location matters. I'm in Georgia as well, the used market is flooded. I've seen 180g seems in good order given away just so the person didnt have to move it themselves. 1k woukd be on the high end imo
