Can we still buy yellow tangs?

I head about the ban of aquarium fish in Hawaii. Are they still going to be available in reef shops?

There was 250+ of them available on a wholesaler distro list that I got last week. They are a bit more expensive than they were.

If I heard it right, it is not a ban on collecting the fish but the size of the net they can use to collect the fish? I believe spear guns are still allowed also. The whole thing is sounding dumber by the day.
