Glass Tank builder and fish tank stand maker

Hi,

Does anyone know of a glass tank maker in the Southern California area or know of a woodworker/carpenter who makes fish tank stands? I have a friend from the Southern California area who wants to know if there is anyone in SoCal that makes tanks and/or stands. He wants to build/make ~70 gallon tank with Starphire glass and tank stand. He knows of a tank builder in Florida. I said I would ask you guys, the experts. Thanks for your help and responses.

imo: There's not a glass tank manufacturer in Southern California that's worth bragging about. We got some mid grade builders like Cad light and Visio.

I was just talking with Precision. They can make Starphire tanks and stands. I was quoted around $2000 for a 150 gallon starphire with stand.

if you can wait till April, they will have a few 60 gallon cube Starphire at MAX.

It's been years since I've purchased from Leemar. Did they go down hill?
They used to be the best in the business.

Yeah, Crystal Dynamics did my new tank a couple months back and they did a pretty good job with the tank and stand.

I recently bought 2 150g tanks from Trent at Crystal Dynamics. The tanks are beautiful, the stands less so, although still nice. If you buy a stand/canopy from him, I'd recommend going to see it before he ships. My last canopy had two very noticeable polyurethane drips that I need to fix. Also plan on > 12 weeks delivery time.

SCA, I think they have the best deal going for a low iron glass tank, clean work.
