How much flow if too much?

How much flow is too much for maximas?

Current Tank Info: 200 Gal custom tank with dual corner overflows, 80 gal custom sump/refugium, Neptune Apex controller, Dual Lumenmax Elite reflectors with 250 Radiums, SWC 160 Cone Skimmer, 2x Jebao WP-25....and some other stuff.

If the mantle is moving and causing it to retract, you are likely getting a bit much.

So far the mantle is moving a bit, but gently. And it's doesnt look retracted at all.

as long as the mantle isn't folding over on itself, and the clam remains opens as i would expect, that's about all i worry about.
