RODI booster pump with ATO set up help

I have an RODI unit with float valve shut offs. It comes with that little box to shut off water supply with water pressure. Everything worked fine.

Then I added a booster pump. Now, when the RODI unit has been off for a while it appears to bleed off pressure somehow and the boost pump kicks back on. Since the water supply is shut off, the boost pump can't increase the pressure to satisfy the pressure switch.

How do you all plumb your RODI systems with an ATO and booster pump? Mine goes into a storage tank (one for top off, one for salt water)

One work around may be to put the shut off box on the waste water line, but then I'd have high pressure right at my floats. I have a custom made (by me!) top off system to my aquarium top off tank. I have high level floats EVERYWHERE that shut my water system down in a high level condition. Moving the box would remove one layer of failsafe that I don't want to remove.

Thanks for the help.
