green polyps question

Moved everything from my 90 to my 140 gallon, so switched lighting from power compact to mh. My green polyps (which were going crazy under power compact) are just like white stars with little green showing. Their on very bottom of tank, they have semi-flow they look bad why? everything else looks great. water pars same as last tank, nitrates alittle high but everything else looks great . any input would be great.

I think it would just be a matter of days and patience you could try to shade them a little to acclimate them what happened is you probably burned them.

Mine did the same when I went from T5 to MH. Then I switched to LED and they are happy again.
