ok so i went to the web site to order and it wants to charge me 19.99 to ship. how does that work out. i didnt complete the order because of this but i do want to order one of these

Hi - I tried to replicate the error - however I could not - based upon your avatar info - I have used the zip code 18436 - and it shows free shipping.

My only other thought - is that while the system will allow you to add additional LIKE items to the cart without incurring any additional shipping costs, if you added a more sensitive animal to your cart, the FREE shipping option may have no longer been available.

Feel free to call us though - we can get this resolved in 2 fish tail shakes!!
