Twin Spot Goby

I have a 29 gallon Biocube that has been up and running for about a month. I was looking at getting a Twin Spot Goby, but it says on Live Aquaria that they are a difficult fish to keep. What makes them so difficult, and would it make a good inhabitant for my Biocube?

So I guess you are saying they are not good in a new 29 gallon?
