Need some advice on tank

I will be getting a 50 gallon corner cylinder this week
the question is reef ready or not reef ready
Is anyone here running reef ready with a sump and fuge?

How do you keep the flow return from creating too much flow in the tank?

What is a goo flow turn over for a pony tank

Go with the RR for sure. I have a corner 40 gallon Oceanic my horses are in. 10 gallon sump is all I need for my skimmer and heater. This keeps the surface crysstal clear, hides the equimpment, and adds more volume which keeps your water more stable. The flow is really up to you. 3 - 5 times turnover is reccommended for seahorse tanks. I go alot more than that to eliminate dead spots.
