Goby Injury

My fiancé noticed yesterday when she turned the lights on that our Orange Spot had been hurt. Part of his upper lip is hanging off a bit and he has a blood red streak going up the side of his head where he is hurt. I don't have anything in the tank that I think would have gone after him and the only thing that could har possible hurt him may have been my emerald crab or porcelain crab. I think if it would be more so the porcelain crab since it hangs out on the same rock the goby has dug his burrow. The emerald I don't think did it only because I've only seen him out during the night and the goby darts in his burrow when the lights go out. He also does pick at the rock also and he may have gotten his lip caught on the rock. I don't have a picture of it to post right this minute but watching him last night he was able to eat flake's and was doing his business on the sand bed as usual. If he looks any worse for the wear this afternoon when I get home from work I'm going to set up a hospital tank for him. Are there any medications in particular that you guy think would work for this type of injury or do you think I should try and see if it heals over time?

Thanks,
Phil

What other inhabitants are in the tank? I really don't see a porcelain crab doing it, they are pretty passive IME.
