Controlling correct flow

hello I need to run a specific flow rate through a uv, how do I make sure this is happening? Do I use something like this?

Do you have an aoex? If so the fmm module would work in this case.

Use a 5 gallon bucket and see how long it takes to fill it. Then multiply

60/time it took X size of bucket = flowrate

Example
10 Liter bucket in 5 minutes
60/5min = 12 x 10L = 120L/hour
