Gigantea are as dangerous to fishes as Haddoni. All the fishes that come in contact with them are goner. Even if the fish is big enough to escape, it they were sting significantly they will not make it, dead in a few hours.

Only fish I have had survive significant contact is a Radial filefish. Got scared into it when I dropped a rock. It was totally engulfed by the tentacles. I pulled it out and and it floated at the top of the tank for a day. I put it in an acclimation box. Then all of its fins disintegrated and it laid upside down unable to swim for almost a week. After a couple weeks its fins grew back enough for it to swim a little and now it’s fine. I am assuming it survived because of the thick, leathery skin they have.
