I've only read about them on wet web media, they get big and don't do well in captivity.
Rare find, I've actually never seen one in someones tank. |

they require a lot of swimming room. I do not think they are rare finds, that pet place has them on their site.

I think the idea is they are pelagic, i.e. they swim through the open ocean and therefore need lots of room. They arent the type to spend a lot of time around the rocks and in caves, so they stress out due to the most than usual unnatural conditions and eventually die.
Hopefully yours does well for you though, there's always the exception to the norm! |
