Red flashing indicator light

Hi all,

I have a G3 Radion, which lately has had some issues. It works fine then all of a sudden the lights will switch off and the indicator light on top will start flashing red. If I unplug the power supply and wait until it had de-energised (about 5 seconds), then plug back in again, the light will work again. It will be good for a while (2 day - a week), then it will happen again.

It isn’t under warranty, I have tried contacting Ecotech but they aren’t interested and my local distributor in Australia won’t even reply to my messages. It’s super disappointing.

Any help appreciated.
