gen 4 pro issue

2 days ago one of my gen 4 pros stopped working. Tried unplugging for a while and plugging back in. Fan and lights still did not turn on. The buttons are back lit with a green light (if that means anything). I took the light apart and cleaned the fan. Still didn't fire up. Any ideas?

Do you have it connected to an Apex WXM or reeflink?

Sometimes, they just get hung up for some reason and need to be reset. If it's stand alone then I would do a factory reset and reprogram.

It is connected thru WXM. Will try to factory reset and see if that works.

I had the same problem this, had to factory reset, remove the outlet from fusion and re-attach the radion to the WXM. that fixed it.

Unplug WXM and plug radion directly to an outlet. See if it will turn on.

But since you said there's no pilot/power lights, next guess should be a busted fuse.

edit: Oooops, sorry missed this part "The buttons are back lit with a green light ". So the fuse is out of the equation.

I tried to manually connect my light to macbook pro with usb. the ecosmartlive icon on the top of the computer says radion disconnected. when I connect to one of the working lights it connects right away...

Hmm... I think this one warrants a call to ecotech. They can easily get the problem fixed.
