The wife's new Deep Demension
Well I've never had a brand new tank since I started in this hobby, so when the right deal presented itself I figured "why not". The wife has been really wanting a tank that will accommodate the Tangs she likes. So we picked up this Marineland DD 250. So far I like the build and Demensions of the tank. Not sure if it's 3 sided starphire or if it's just the front pane. I may have to build a pedestal for the stand as it's a little shorter than I would like. But hey, it's a blank canvas. Going to start of super slow this time around and not rush things. 30 to 45 day cycle, fish added at a very slow schedule and other than a few super simple lps/zoas there will be no coral until I am positive this thing will support them and has the kinks worked out.
Thanks to everyone in the Mars family for making this a place me and my wife missed and wanted to come back to even though this hobby can make you feel violent sometimes. Sent from my SAMSUNG-SM-G920A using Tapatalk |
