Are these any worth it?

My local Petco has had these Mini-Maxis for a while and by the way they look they may be staying there forever. I've seen some pics of beautiful mini-maxis and was wondering if any of you experts can see anyone of these poor creatures developing into a gem. I know light is terrible so all colors are washed out but hope you can tell by their shape/texture if they are worth a shot.
I don't recall the price now, my bad.

I think they are usually around $30. I dont care for them much, they are pretty bland compared to some mini maxis out there. Up to you though, sometimes they have nice purple ones if you are looking for that color in your tank

My mini Maxie went under a ledge and been there ever since. I don't recommend it.

Yeah they look very "meh" but also the GSP, and it is supposed to be green! I am thinking that under the right lights they may turn out to be something decent. It is a gamble tho.
Not sure if there is a flash light of some sort I could take there to see their true colors.
