Sinularia sting

Does anyone know how bad the sting from a sinularia leather would be? I have a large one in my system and the sweeper tentacles are huge; with me having a nano I'm worried about the impact on other corals within the tank.

i dont believe that Sinularia has sweepers...i have bunch and none have sweepers....its a leather coral with branches...
