Hello fellows fish lovers, I need advice.
My betta has popeye in one eye, I believe he has lost vision out of it. Treatment started within 24 hours of symptoms, which included a full water change treating the water with its usually salts and broad spectrum antibiotic treatment. No improvement has been seen. Fish seems oblivious and is still the most active betta I've had. No trouble swimming, very aggressive and hungry. He did start biting his fins a few months back. Water quality is perfect and temperature is about 23(74) degrees. Any advice on next treatment step or what we should expect as far as progression.
