What is this

Hi, am very new to the hobby. I have a biocube 29, 2 OC clowns and a wheeler goby and a clean up crew. I went to the LFS and they said I was able to have these in my tank they have been in my tank for about a week. They seem to have these a couple clear tubes sticking out of them can someone tell me what they are? Is this normal should I be worried?

Thank You,

You may have already posted, and if so I apologize, but do you have a couple shots of your full tank?
