Mechanical Filtration?

I like the jbj one myself. That way all of your equipment is hid, also a clamp on par 38 led fixture might light it nicely if your thinking of going led.

Now if you were going to with a sump or something like the fluval kits are doing where they drill to hook up filters inline/closed loop, then you would still get a clean look with the "openness" feel.
