Connecting leak detection probes to ATK

I'm confused,
I bought the ATK, and it's finally working properly.
I was reading the description of the unit and all the amazing extra benefits that go with it. In this written description by Neptune it states that I can attach a flat surface probe to the fmm that comes with the ATK.
So I went out and bought the solid surface probe.
Finally have a few minutes to install it and guess what?
The connector on the probe is different than the input 3 on the fmm where it's supposed to go. The probe looks like a phone jack and the module takes a small RCA type of connection.
***?

That's the older sensor designed to connect to the ALD module. You need the newer LD-1 (Low Profile) or LD-2 (Solid Surface) probes.
