What is this?

I found it in my tank. I thought it was just food flake, but then it started to move. I caught it and put it in my sump tank. It look like a stingray with spots. It's about the size of a quarter. So far everything in my tank is fine. What is it? Should I get rid of it? Please let me know.

that is a Polyclad Flatworm, not reef safe. they are all considered predators and should be removed.
