fish diagnosis

i haven't posted in a while, mostly because i've been too busy letting everything grow. recently, i've noticed that my two butterflyfish have been turning pale, one of the a pakistani and one of them a Heniochus. their eyes and the eyes of some of the other fish have turned foggy, does anyone know what this could mean?
