Please help connect via wifi (again)

Each time the power goes out (which has happened a few times lately) the apex loses its connection with fusion. The first time it happened I followed some of the instructions and couldn't figure it out until one day when suddenly the APEX wifi network was broadcasting again and I was then able to use the utility browser to straighten it out.

It's currently lost connection again, and I cannot get the apex to broadcast it's network. The utility cannot find the apex.

I have heard there is a way to set this up to always use the same IP address, but I'm not great with networking and this is over my head without step by step directions.

Can someone please point me to some step by step directions on how to permanently fix this? We are leaving in the morning for vacation and it just stopped working again I'm in a bit of a time crunch.

Just to Clarify are you using 2016 Apex with built in WiFi or Apex Classic?

Are you running AOS 4.53_AB17 with the classic Apex? If so, there are known disconnect issues. After months of running mine and having it disconnect almost every day, I downgraded to AOS 4.52_5A17 about a week ago. So far I haven't had a single network disconnect.
