WTB: Yellow Assesors

I'm looking for 2 yellow assesors to add to my 130 and can't seem to find them anywhere. I've called around and no one seems to be able to get them. Hit me up please if anyone sees them at an LFS.

Age of Aquariums usually has captive bred ones from ORA.

I've owned one at $100 I think the reason most Lfs don't carry them is it's a pretty over priced yellow fish, there are plenty of cheaper fish in that color Corris wrasse, Midas Blenny to name a few. I like that they swim upside down at times but they are naturally cave dwellers & hide frequently.

I'm also looking for a Randall's Assessor with no luck

I purchased my yellow Assessor from Chance of Coral when they would order from ORA. Not sure they are still around nor who else in Socal has an ORA account but that's who should be able to help order one.

SPS Coral Store carries ORA as well and I've purchased one from them about a year ago.

Yeah I basically agree but for some reason this damn fish has become my white whale at this point. I must have it.

Thanks for the leads. I've called Age of Aquariums and they apparently have 1 small one in stock, hopefully they can get me another.

Is there someone else from Unique Corals I should try to talk to? SPS store is such a long trek for me.

I'd just call and ask if they have them and if you could pickup. You can ask if they'd ship ground, it'd get to you next day if you're in RB. They wouldn't offer a guarantee if they'd do it I'm guessing

Try Dave B (O2manyfish) for Unique. However, SPS is not that much farther if you are coming from Redondo Beach.
