Coral a b and e question

Hi I just started dosing Coral a b and e I know I'm missing v just haven't got the time to get it yet. Can I still dose a with out v? do I have to shut skimmer off to dose those 3 or do I keep it going. Also how good are they? I tried finding reviews but only brings me to online stores selling but have no reviews. So I actually don't know much about them other then my Los telling me it's a good product. I have a 125 reef tank mostly softies and maybe 5-6 Lps frags. Never dosed before just the regular mag cal and all dosing using a dossing pump.

I have been running with these products for 6 months, I have the best PE ever in my reef

Products used are

Pro Bio S Bacteria Culture
Pro Bio F Carbon Source
Coral A A Acids
Coral B Build ( Calcium Carbonate very small )
Coral E Energy (Lipids)
Coral V Vitality ( vitamins)

you should start at half dose for at least a week, as the corals adapt to the new food

my tank is mainly SPS and runs very clean, Nitrate is 0 on Salifert Po4 is 0.016 on ICP test

Do you shut your skimmer off when you feed a b e v? how often do you feed them. Also do you feed anything else or just strictly those 4 things

Only these for the coral foods

my fish are fed mainly frozen food so the corals will get something

its not necessary to switch off the skimmer

Are you also running any zeolite or additional media? I want to start dosing NP Pro and Pro Bio S but noticed most people that do also run additional media for bacteria to grow in.

Didn't feel like re-doing my sump so was hoping to get away with just live rock and dose bacteria culture for nitrate and phos reduction.

You will get better results if you add Siporax or Zeolite as this create a home for the bacteria to grow, I found once to have the Po4 low and Nitrate low you can also stop GFO use
