Hitchhiker ID

Two days ago I just added a baby ocellaris clown fish pair, and 2 turbo snails from an LFS. In my 20g tank I already had 15lbs of liverock, livesand, 3 turbo snails, one blue legged hermit crab, red mushroom coral, blue/brown mushroom coral, green florida ricordea mushroom, green toadstool leather, and candy cane coral. All the previous inhabitants have been in for over a month, and the tank has been set up for nearly 5 months. Everything seems to be healthy, so I am not surprised something has popped up and is growing fast. I have no clue what is in the picture, and I just noticed it today. I have recent pictures of the tank from a week ago and it was not there. Could anyone please ID this and tell me the pros or cons of what it may be? It's about the size of half of a dime. It also seems to have a mouth of sorts in the center. Thanks https://photos.app.goo.gl/obn06S5NlzR6UzZM2 another link
