Dardanus Megistos shell preference?

Looking for info on what kind of shells these guys might prefer, I know I've seen lots of people who keep them but not alot of first hand posts with details like preferred shell shapes ( mostly as in the shape of the opening )

I'm trying to locate some neat shells, my guy is small yet so it shouldn't be too hard to source some neat mid sized ones.

Would love to hear ANY info anyone can provide on keeping these healthy and happy, I've had mine about a year now and hes one of my favorite tank inhabitants by far.

look forward to any posts or info anyone can post thanks guys!

I might do some testing on my own and order a variety and let him pick whatever the heck he wants, if i do i'll post the details.

i did notice he very much prefers not having spiny shells if there's any alternatives in the tank, even if its smaller than he should be in without spikes he will use that instead.
