I just purchased a 5kg bucket of rowaphos.

can this stuff expire?

will makeing smaller packages of 250 or 500 ml in seal-a- meal be ok?

I don't think it'll expire as long as it's stored reasonably. Making the smaller packets sounds reasonable to me, if it's not too much work.

As above. The media needs to remain wet to be effective. I would replace the lid immediately after using the media.
