Electrical connection on Tunze 6105

Hi all, I have two tunze 6105s that I've had for quite some time and recently I've noticed that the electrical connection seems to be inconsistent. It feels like the connection where the power cable plugs into the powerhead itself may be the issue. They both work but randomly shut off. Any ideas on this? An I send them I to you guys for servicing? How can I go about that? Is there a cost associated? Thanks for the help.

Three things to check.

1) Look closely at the power socket in the black box, make sure it did not get pushed into the box, if so, open the box and reposition it, there is a channel it rests in.

2) The next thing is this pin, it has a split in the middle and if you spread the split with a small screwdriver you can increase the tension.

3) Check both ends for corrosion.
