3D Printed filter pad holder
My JBJ 30 rimless has been up and running for a few months now. Instead of spending money on a filter pad holder and water diverter, so I decided to model one up and print it myself. I bought some felt at the fabric store and cut a bunch of 4" squares that I just remove and toss every other day or as needed. Both parts printed in black PETG. Both these parts are base on InTank designs.

Do you know if the PETG plastic is going to be safe for the aquarium in the long term?

I am not a chemical/plastics expert, but from everything I have read it seems that PETG is probably the best option to use. ABS is pretty safe as well, but i have not tried printing with ABS yet as it seems to be a bit more challenging to print.
