CaribSea Life Rock Shapes

Hello I wanted to see if anyone has added the CaribSea Life Rock “Shapes” into there established tank without cycling the rock? I watch video and the guy said it bacteria on the rock already to act like live rock. I"m just curious on how true this is? I’m thinking of changing out my aqua scape in my 90. I currently have big rocks stacked on each other. Looking for a better flow design. Look on a way to do this with less stress on the fish/ system.

Thanks for the input Mike.

If there is little to no dead/decaying organic matter then there shouldn't be any problems..
Even so the bacterial colony in an established tank should be able to handle a few more rocks being added to the tank without issue..

Easy enough to simply cure the rock for a few days in another bucket and check ammonia levels and add it to the tank if nothing shows after a few days..
