Torch coral stung my candy cane

I was moving so corals around and my torch looks like stung my candy.
the head dosn't look good.
will it recover? in not should I cut the head or so?

It should recover. I had a candy cane get whacked by an RBTA and it pulled through. Worst case you lose that individual head and the rest continues to grow.

Where did you located your candy cane? high flow and strong light on the sand?
I'm not sure what is best for him.

Candy cane does well in a variety of conditions. Usually I position mine in low-medium flow and low-medium light.

Position 6 inches or more away from torch to avoid future chemical warfare.
