Leave the salinity probe in the sump for several days before calibrating it. Also, make sure the calibration solution is the same temp as the sump water where the temp probe is when doing your calibration. Make sure the probes are placed in an area devoid of microbubbles as the bubbles will impact the accuracy of the probes. Try to keep them in a dark are as well as algae growth on the probes will also impact their accuracy. If at all possible, use a wired network connection. Wireless can be flakey and if your signal strength is weak near the Apex, you will have connection issues with Fusion. A wired network connection will eliminate that issue completely.

Watch the videos and follow the getting started guides on Neptunes website. They will make setup much easier.

Here is a link to the Neptune Systems YouTube page. There are lots of informative videos there that will help you setup and use your controller.

Thanks Slief. Apex up and running today. There is so much to learn. My wifi works really well where it's located. I finally have a PH controller for my CaRX. For some reason, there is some sense of relief....
