Problem with Swabbie

I got my swabbie December 10' as a christmas gift. I just noticed it has stopped spinning. I took off and cleaned it and tried running it without the arm. To no avail, no spinning. I then directly plugged into outlet and again didnt want to spin. I tried listening to the motor but it doesnt sound like its doing anything. My swabbie is the size 10 and want to fix this issue immediately. I know i am a few weeks out of warranty but what is the best way to fix my issue.

I'd shoot them an email or give them a call for a faster response. They have great customer service and hope they take care of it for you.
