First shot at raising clownfish. Wish me luck

This is my first try at raising clownfish. The parents are onyx and this is their 4-5th batch of eggs. The eggs in this batch seem smaller than the last few. They're dark and due soon. Hopefully I can get some Rotifers. I currently have some golden pearls and brine shrimp eggs at my disposal.

Good luck, rotifers are very important for best results.

Have any pics of the parents?

Unfortunately the batch turned white on the 5th day. I think I made the mistake of removing the tile prematurely and will leave the next batch in my main tank as long as possible. I got some rotifers so Hopefully next batch will be more successful.

Here are pictures of the male and female. I'm located in socal.

Good looking pair of clowns you've got there! Good luck on the next spawn, hopefully better luck than last time.

The clutch looked very small. What are you feeding the parents?

it varies. when they were young mainly flakes. then I moved to frozen Mysis for a while. before they were spawning they were fed mainly NLS pellets. after the clutch pictured above I started to feed squid and flakes. it looks like they've lost their appetite for the NLS but they do eat it. I try to feed more consistently now a well as before I would feed whenever I was around the tank or as little as once a day.

I would get an auto fish feeder and feed small ammounts 4 times a day and a good mix. I feed mine NLS pellets, IO reef chips, and colbalt Marine Omnivore Flakes, mixed up in my feeder and feed that 4 times a day then I will feed frozen PE mysis, Rods original, switched from day to day
