I ordered from them in 2013 and had no complaints
I've ordered this year and they won't process my order or return my calls. Very weird

Its a hassle but it would help if folk would file a consumer complaint with your state AG office and the Florida AG.

They never answer my email or phone call in two weeks. All I got from them was a confirmation of my other with the amount I have to pay.
I did call my credit card, and change the card number also.
