It has come to my attention that there are a good number of people using this forum that believe they are above the rules that all 200,000+ other members of this community follow. This stops here, and NOW.
Understand that I have very limited tools to work with in reigning this problem in. If you violate the terms of service, I can ban you, or I can restrict your account. That's it.

Understand that this forum is provided free of charge for the Tampa Bay Reef Club to use. What we ~~expect~~ make that demand in return is that you conform to the rules that this entire community is required to follow.
We are a family friendly, no flamming web site dedicated to the exchange of information regarding keeping marine animals healthy in captivity.

In order to sell at Reef Central, there are rules. We permit selling (although it's a burden) in club forums, by members of the community that contribute to the site's mission. If you are only here to sell/trade (we consider them identical) go to ebay, it's not what we're about, and we don't need you.

These rules are NOT open for debate, and there is a zero tolerance policy in effect in this forum as of right now.
Posts submitted after 11:00AM Eastern time on Thursday 4/30/09 that are found to be in violation of our selling rules will almost certainly cost you the ability to use this board's resources for a minimum of 90 days. If you think I'm blowing smoke, I'm not. I quit smoking a month ago. You are welcome to try me if you like, but take my word for it, you will regret it if you do.
