Yesterday I finally get my AI support fixed.
Made for my previous setup, it has a lot of flaws, and demands a lot of improvisation. This time I choose to put a flat panel fixed in the support. This allowed me to precisely tune the position of each fixture. The power blocks are now up in this panel, so all the wires are hidden. The bigger space between the support and the fixture will provide more air flow and a better cooling of the fixtures. Besides all that, I think it looks more clean now. Next step is to put 2 more fixtures, totaling 10 instead the actual 8. The places are already defined. They will be in the back, over the big island, and I intend to fill up some dark spaces. I think it'll be just fine. Previous: Actual:

Some reescape.....
Due to the previous position of one of my Hydras, my Red Planet was growing towards 2 other acros, to the oposite direction that I intend inittially, when I glued it in that place...(obviouslly............................) Today I cut it down in 3 pieces, reglued 2 of them, and the third one must find another reef to stay...... I am very satisfied with the result.....and now, with the fixture hanged in another position, over the cliff, I think the coral will follow the light and grow to the right from now on....(or...I expected it, at least.........)

I had several gobies in my previous setups, but one still was only a desire: the Hi fin red banded.
Last month I finally found one in a store, and despite of my will of not to put gobies in this setup besides the Golden Head, I bought it.

Every WC I clean up the back panel glass to remove the algae that grows in it.
15 days ago I didn't due some eggs laid all over the panel. Yesterday I found the "owners" of that eggs, spawning again: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4eU_tgwjPM4

I agree with Matt. It must be really relaxing to look at your tank when you come home from work. I think the way your light units are hung is a state of the art.

Test results:
Ra: 8,0 Ca: 410 K: 450 PO4: 0 NO3: 0 Ra and Calcium showed a little drop down, due the growth of sps, I think. If this keeps this way 'till next week, I must open a little the outlet of my Ca reactor. K, after some months over 470 due to several days dosing Potassium, mislead by a test kit out of date, is now at the point that I should keep for now on. PO4 and NO3 still resding 0,0 at Salifert test kits. Besides that, I've noted a better coloration on sps, after a change in the fish food. So I think that 0,0 aren't 100% reliable. The change in the feeding was basically the replacement of all industrialized food by a mix of frozen seafood. The mix is shrimp, squid, octopus, tuna and seashell. A paella mix that I buy on the supermarket. I made the change after buy the anthias pair, as a try to improve their will to feed. And it works very well untill now. The anthias are far more voracious feeders since the change. The fridmaniis looks like 2 golden fishs after eat. The P. sankey to heal completely its rotten fins. Yellow coris looks fat and bigger. Plus, my zoas are bigger and more open and growing faster than before and so the lps. In the beginning I was interspersing industrialized with frozen food, but now I am only giving then the frozen one. I should keep it that way from now on. Alex

Thanks Dave!
Yes....Seems that the line that tear apart frags from colonies were crossed....and now the growth tends to be faster. Already did some frags, to guide some colonies and to avoid contact in some places:

Such a beautiful scape. So open and balanced. So cool to see the different perspectives.

I am really enjoying this phase of the reef. The colors are popping and the scape starts to make more sense now that the corals are bigger. Alex
