Change frequency of ReefLink

Any chance anyone knows how to change the frequency of their ReefLink. I need to change mine from 9 to 5.

From my exhaustive research, the only answer I see to this question is to contact them directly to change the frequency, one thing that I ask is when you figure it out, please provide a detailed step by step so we have it to reference for future inquiries.

I had to call in to get it fixed. They did it on their end so no steps on how to do it. At least it’s fixed.
