Reefkeeper Lite and Dimming T5s

I want to build my own dimmable T5 fixtures using the Miro4 retrofit ballasts so that they can ramp up and down (sunrise/sunset). Can the Reefkeeper Lite plus the ALC module accomplish this set schedule of changing intensity? Or do they only allow dimming at only one flat intensity?

The one down side about dimmable t5's is they have to be burnt in, (ran at full strength for 50 hours or so). That kinda defeats the purpose of dimming them every time you change bulbs.

Yes, I'm aware of that. To me that's worth it. I love combining dimming with the spectrum of T5s (LEDs hurt my eyes).
