New tank Dino?

Are these Dino's?

I know the picture isn't that great, and I am sorry for that. Hard to focus on it. Also, the tank is just over a month old, and was set up with established rock from an older tank as well as a local store that had been keeping it live. The older tank, and the local store, haven't had any signs of dino that I can remember or saw myself.

I've TRIED to read up on dino, but I'm pulling threads at random from the last ten years it feels like, and it seems like its an area with a lot of conflicting thoughts.

Is it normal for a new tank to get this? Is it a phase like my diatom bloom?
